These terms and conditions apply to your use of the website hangthaiwatch.com.my and to purchases made from Hang Thai Watch, whether online or at our outlets in SS2 Petaling Jaya, Atria Shopping Gallery and Bangsar Village. By using the website or placing an order you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy.

We deal in brand new and pre-owned luxury timepieces. Every listing is prepared with care: photographs are of the actual watch unless stated otherwise, and the condition, accessories (box and papers) and warranty status are described for each piece. Pre-owned watches may show signs of wear consistent with their described condition. Minor variations between screen colours and the physical item can occur.

All prices are in Ringgit Malaysia (RM) and, where applicable, inclusive of prevailing Malaysian taxes. Many of our pieces are unique — a watch remains available until payment is confirmed, and listing a watch is an invitation to purchase rather than a binding offer. In the rare case of a genuine pricing error we will contact you before any charge is finalised, and you may cancel with a full refund of any amount paid.

Orders may be placed through the website, by WhatsApp, or in person. Online payments are processed in RM by our licensed payment gateway provider; we also accept direct bank transfer and payment in store (cash, card or e-wallet). An order is confirmed once payment (or an agreed deposit) is received and we have verified availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where fraud is suspected or the item is no longer available, with any payment refunded in full.

Every watch is verified authentic before sale — if an item we sold is ever proven otherwise, we will refund the full purchase price. Brand new watches carry the manufacturer's international warranty where stated. Pre-owned watches carry the warranty stated on the listing and receipt. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, accident, water ingress beyond rating, or servicing by third parties.

Valuations given online or by phone are indicative and subject to physical inspection. Trade-in offers, consignment terms (including the agreed price, commission and period) and sourcing arrangements are confirmed in writing at the outlet before they take effect. Items left with us for consignment or repair are documented and stored securely.

Service work is performed by our in-house watchmakers or authorised specialist partners. Quotations are provided before work begins; timelines are estimates and parts availability can extend them. Completed work carries the warranty stated on your service record. Items uncollected for an extended period after completion will be handled per the notice on your service form.

Content on this website — text, photographs, logos and design — belongs to Hang Thai Watch or its licensors and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without permission. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, or submit false information through our forms. Brand names shown are trademarks of their respective owners; their use identifies genuine products and implies no affiliation.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Malaysian law, including under the Consumer Protection Act 1999. Beyond what the law requires, our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is limited to the price paid for the item concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force.
