Shipping & Delivery Policy

Orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–3 working days after payment is confirmed. Every watch is checked, photographed and discreetly packed before it leaves us. During public holidays or promotional periods preparation may take slightly longer — we will keep you informed.

We ship throughout Malaysia using insured courier services. Typical delivery takes 2–5 working days for Peninsular Malaysia and 3–7 working days for Sabah and Sarawak, counted from dispatch. Shipping is free for orders where stated on the product page or at checkout; otherwise the delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Every shipment is insured for its full value and sent with a tracking number, which we share with you by WhatsApp or email on dispatch. High-value pieces may require an identity check and signature on delivery. If a parcel arrives with damaged outer packaging, please document it before opening and contact us immediately.

You are welcome to collect your order free of charge at any of our outlets — SS2 Petaling Jaya (HQ), Atria Shopping Gallery, or Bangsar Village — and inspect the watch in person before taking it home. We will confirm when your order is ready; please bring your order reference and identification matching the order name.

International shipping is available on request for selected destinations, fully insured, with duties and taxes at the destination borne by the recipient. Contact us on WhatsApp at 018 226 8539 before ordering so we can quote shipping and confirm the item can be exported to your country.

Courier delays beyond the estimates above occasionally occur and are outside our control, but we will actively follow up on any shipment that appears delayed. If a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange redelivery; additional courier charges may apply where the failure was due to an incorrect address or repeated missed deliveries.
